Wine Tasting

Our unique tasting room is inside the classic red barn, filled with the comfort and down-home feeling of your Grandma's front porch, with a mellow ambience that delights our visitors. The large covered patio allows our guests to experience the beauty of the Carpenter Creek Valley as they relax.  Indoor and patio seating are both available as space allows.

Plan to come visit and soak up the peace of this tranquil oasis just minutes from town but miles away from the cares of modern life.

You will experience a wine tasting afternoon that is unhurried, unpretentious, relaxed and just plain fun!   Sip some outstanding Northwest wine and enjoy the rustic country

atmosphere inside the classic red barn barn or on the covered patio, kick back in the beautiful gazebo on the back lawn, then stroll the lane around the vineyard bordered by towering oaks and fir trees along Carpenter Creek.

From the delicate Pinot Gris and Rose' wines of the Willamette valley to the bold reds of the Yakima Dessert and mellow blends from vineyards bordering the Columbia Gorge, our extensive wine list offers something for every palate.

Flight of 5 premium wines representing the best of the NW for $20 (waived with purchase of 2 or more bottles).  Enjoy one of our delicious snack plates (big enough to share!), meet the horses and feel the stress of life slip away.

Our Historic Farm was first part of a 700 acre land grant bestowed on William Carpenter in 1853, following his service in the Mexican War.  The Farm has had many uses, producing onions, cattle and hogs, as well as a large fruit orchard.  The present day owners bought the property in 2015, suffering from years of neglect, and transformed this beautiful valley into a thriving horse farm, vineyard, tasting room and special event venue.
